(Premium) This healing hypnosis sleep story for adults is a guided sleep meditation deep relaxation bedtime story for grownups about you walking through the woods, you head towards the sound of gently running water. You find your way to a clearing, you look around the meadow and then head down towards a stream. The other side of the stream you notice a frog and watch that frog for a while before relaxing back against a tree by the stream and drifting into a comfortable reverie. While drifting in the reverie, you begin to have a sense of being in a cable car rising up the side of a mountain. Once off the cable car, you continue to climb the mountain searching for something. You discover a stack of stones and a large stone for sitting on. You sit on the stone and notice a vibration which passes through you, like energy is passing through you from that stone you are sitting on as you gaze at that stack of stones, then a pillar of light rises up around you. Your eyes close, you relax even deeper as that light pulses around you. Then you notice sounds around you changing and the temperature changing. As you open your eyes you find yourself still sitting on that stone with the standing stones in front of you, but you are in a vast meadow on a warm day. You discover that you are wearing appropriate clothing for the weather. You notice dragons flying in the sky. You walk to the nearby village, following a dirt road. You head into the village, you head into one of the medieval taverns and talk with the person behind the bar, then you head to the market, you eat some food from the market and then continued your journey looking at the buildings in the village, heading down to a river, following the river down to a nearby lake. At the lake you could see somebody sitting there on a rock. You went and talked with them. They gestured for you to sit on the rock. As you did, you noticed a beam of light surrounding you and warming you comfortably. The person guides you through a healing experience. After the healing experience, you walk over to the lake, put your hands in the water and splash some of the water on your face before finding your way back through the village, back to the stone in the meadow, meditating on that stone, finding yourself drifting back to the mountain, then heading back to the cable car and becoming more aware of that stream, awakening by the stream, heading home through the woods and at home that night, drifting off asleep aware that your brain is re-programming for the future you that you want to be.

(Premium) This healing hypnosis sleep story for grownups is a guided sleep meditation about a family sitting at home, the father was teaching his son how to make paper airplanes. The mother joined in demonstrating airplanes she could make. The father then demonstrated making a paper boat that floats. The father demonstrated his floating paper boat on the pond in the back garden. As the son grew up, he remembered making various origami items with his parents. Now grownup, he has his own family and his own son to teach. He travels with his family on a road trip. They head to a cabin in woodland. The son looks out the window during the car journey watching the animals he notices out the window and imagining the adventures these animals might have. They arrive at the cabin in the woodland. The son watches the clouds pass across the sky and notices what the clouds look like and how they morph from one thing to another. The mother and son go on a hike during the late afternoon. They hike through the woodland and down to a waterfall further around the lake. The mother teaches the son how to skip stones on the water. After a while, as the sun is setting, they follow the lake back to the cabin, have something to eat. After eating, they spend the evening on the jetty on the lake. After relaxing by the lake, they all go to bed. The next day the family make a raft and travel on their raft, leaving the lake, following the river down to the sea. The mother and the son skip stones in the sea, the son is surprised how warm the sea feels is the waves roll in over his feet. They notice dolphins out to sea. The son and the mother go swimming in the sea. After swimming, the family went out on a boat trip where they saw whales and dolphins up close. After their day at the beach they travelled on their raft back to the cabin. They spent the evening by the lake noticing how bright the moon was this evening, watching as the clouds passed across the sky lit up by the moon. The father then told his son that he can move and rub out clouds. The father then demonstrated this and had the son try to do the same. The mother came out and joined them and they all snuggled up for a while by the lake before heading into the cabin and going to bed. The next day they travelled home, the son wrote up about his adventure and fell asleep thinking about the trip and the things he did on the trip.

Hope The Bunny (Sleep Story)

(Premium) This is a long deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia.

This healing hypnosis sleep story for grownups is a guided sleep meditation about Hope the bunny and was recorded during my recent YouTube livestream where I take ideas given by the viewers and create the meditation live for them. I am trying something a bit different with this story. I will be publishing two versions of this at the same time on my YouTube Channel, one with background music and without background music as normal. I haven't uploaded meditations with background music for a few years now, but I do occasionally get asked about it and for various reasons I've spoken about before, I've not done it again until now. I want to see whether people prefer a version with or without background music here on YouTube. It isn't practical to upload two versions of all meditations as this would likely impact on YouTube's algorithms, so I will use a meditation to find out what the best way forward is. Let me know in the comments of the videos.

Hope was hopping around a meadow one day, taking in their surroundings, before hopping into the woods. In the woods Hope meets a friendly Fox family before heading on to a stream. Hope followed that stream before climbing onto a piece of bark to travel down the stream faster. They travel down to the seafront. At the seafront they take in being at the beach, they explore a rock pool, they watch a human and a dog playing, they notice a boat out to sea as the sun sets. They rest among wild grasses for the night and dream of what it would be like to be human. The next day, they watch people eating ice-cream, then they travel back towards the woodland. On their way, they meet a wizard Squirrel who demonstrates their magic. Hope heads back into the woodland, meets that fox family again before heading back to the meadow and off home where Hope settled down and drifted off asleep. One of the live viewers when I was creating this sleep meditation said that they had pain and asked if I could help them at all, so as well as helping therapeutically with stress, anxiety and worry, this sleep meditation also helps to address reducing pain (obviously you should always get pain checked out by a medical professional).

This healing hypnosis sleep story for adults is a guided sleep meditation deep relaxation bedtime story for adults about a woman trekking across the arctic, which is something she had always wanted to do. She woke up one morning, feeling the warmth of being in her sleeping bag in the tent, she made herself a warm drink and some food before packing everything away to continue her journey. She travels on her journey on a snow mobile, each night she relaxes in her tent, eats some food and drifts off asleep. She looks out at the northern lights dancing in the sky, the stars and the occasional shooting star. She notices how calm and quiet everything seems when the wind calms down. After a number of days travelling, she passes the north pole and continues her journey. After travelling for some time she starts to notice trees and life again. Eventually, she reaches as far as she can go on the snow mobile, reaching a small town. She leaves her snow mobile at the town and inflates a raft to continue her journey across an area of sea. While crossing the sea she watches a whale for a while. She reaches the far shore and notices that pine trees come almost all the way down to the waters edge. The water is lapping gently on the shore. Once on the shore, she continues the journey on foot, pushing through the pine forest. She finds a clearing where she sets up camp for the night. The next day she continues her journey through the pine forest to a nearby town. At the town, she checks-in to a hotel. She settles down in the hotel, has her first proper meal in many days. She looks forward to sleeping in a proper bed for the first time in days. She goes to bed, feels so comfortable and drifts off asleep.

This healing hypnosis sleep story for adults is a guided sleep meditation deep relaxation bedtime story for adults about a woman, one rainy night canoeing down a river in a jungle. After canoeing for a while, she rowed up onto the shore a bit, climbed out of the canoe, dragged the canoe into the trees and set up camp for the night. She was in search of ancient ruins. She walks deeper into the forest in search of the ruins. She finds the ruins and finds a tunnel to a chamber where she finds the treasure she is searching for. She opens a chest and finds the most beautiful golden mask. She picks it up out of the chest, puts the mask towards her face. As she does, she suddenly sees through the eyes of the mask and starts hearing sounds of people around her, and realises that the mask has somehow transported her back into the past. She can see people placing the mask in a chest and the chest in a chamber and talking about knowledge to be learned. She can see them talking about passing on knowledge to the future. She learns from her experience and decides to leave the golden mask in this chamber. She left the chamber and the ruins, trekked back through the forest, camping overnight part-way back and found her way back to her canoe. She then travelled along the river to a town, spent a night in a hotel before travelling home. Once home, she settled down in bed and drifted comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This healing hypnotic sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a man driving through a forest searching for somewhere to camp. He finds a location near a lake to pitch his tent and set up his camp. That night he falls asleep in his tent, the next morning, waking up feeling so refreshed and ready to explore. He walks around the lake and finds a large, unusual tree. He climbs up the tree and discovers that the centre of the tree appears to be hollow with a ladder heading down the inside of the tree. He descends that ladder deep below the tree into a cavern. He explores the cavern. He notices water is flowing in from the lake creating a waterfall down to an underground river which he follows towards the sound of drumming. The river opens up into an underground lake. He notices someone sat over the otherside of the lake playing a drum. As he approached he noticed that the person had the legs of a bull and the torso and head of a human. He walks up to them and talks with them with curiosity. This person offers to teach them a healing meditation. The man is interested and so follows along to the healing meditation they are taught. The man expands his awareness out to the world around him, out of the cavern, out to the forest, seeing from a cliff over the forest, noticing bird of prey and having a sense of what it would be like to be that bird looking over the forest, learning to be, rather than do. After their experience they went back to their campsite and sat at their campsite contemplating the experience they had just had before settling down for the night and drifting comfortably asleep, dreaming and integrating what they had learned from the day.

(Premium) Guided Sleep Meditation - SLEEP FAST, SLEEP WELL, SLEEP ALL NIGHT... This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This healing hypnosis sleep story for adults was created during my recent livestream where I create a sleep meditation live on air using ideas viewer have just given me. This story is about you walking through a park, sitting by a duck pond, imagining being a duck swimming and flying, then walking through the park and noticing the seasons changing from spring to summer, to autumn and then winter. You walk into the trees in the park and find a portal in a tree which takes you out into a land of rolling hills with high grass. Off in the distance is a palace. You head to the palace, stopping at a tree house village up in a forest. After visiting the village you continue your journey to the palace. In the palace you enter a painting and find yourself on a steam train heading around a mountain in a blizzard. The train stops at a station, you disembark and walk to a cabin. The person in the cabin invites you in. You have a warm drink, sit by the fire, notice the cat resting on a rug in front of the fire. You spend the night in the cabin. While you drift asleep you dream about the cold, about bears and penguins in the snow, feeling fortunate that you are in the warm. You awaken the next morning to the sounds of birds and the smells of a cooked breakfast. After breakfast you go and explore the nearby woodland. In the woodland, you find a door in the bottom of a fallen down tree. You walk through the door and descend steps, going deeper under the tree. You find yourself in a gently lit corridor, you walk down the corridor to a door. You walk through the door and find yourself in an attic in a house by the sea in a seaside town. You leave the house and head to the sea shore. You eat an ice-cream on the sea shore. When you get back to the house, curious how you are going to journey home, you enter the house and notice that the reflection in the mirror in the hallway seems unusual. You end up inside the mirror having passed through another portal. You find your way back to the attic, to the tunnel, to the woods. You walk back to the railway station, you go to the cafe and ask for a warm drink. You get given a chocolate teapot, you drink your drink and eat the teapot while waiting for the train. As soon as you have finished eating the teapot you find yourself back in the palace. You explore the palace and meet an Elf that lives here who explains the portals and shares the knowledge about the portals with you. After talking with the Elf, you find your way back to that pond in the park, before heading home and that night, drifting comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This healing hypnosis sleep story for adults is a guided sleep meditation deep relaxation bedtime story for adults about a young girl visiting a fair ground on a pier, the girl goes on an old fashioned merry-go-round, climbing onto her favourite horse. As the ride moves, so she drifts into an experience of having real horses around her as she is trotting on a Unicorn through woodland. The Unicorn stops in a clearing, drinks from a stream and talks to the girl and explains she is going to help bring magic into people's lives. The Unicorn asks her to sit under a tree and drift into a meditative experience that will connect the two of them to go on a journey. Her consciousness drifts into the Unicorns mind as they connect minds. Then experiencing from the Unicorn's perspective as it focuses on a destination and transports itself to a dense forest, walks through the forest heading to meet the Green Fairy, walks out into a clearing toward a small lake, heading towards a heard of elephants where the Unicorn finds the Green Fairy who flies over to the Unicorn. The Unicorn asked them for help finding something. The Fairy gave the Unicorn a tiny glass bottle with blue liquid. The Unicorn finds itself in a desert, heading towards a man sat by some ruins. The Unicorn walks over to the man and the two of them transferred their consciousness into the man, guiding that man's actions. This man hunted for lost artefacts and so the Unicorn planted the idea in his mind for him to go in search of that horn. The man set off on his motorbike across the desert and then off towards mountains. The man stopped on his journey and set up camp before continuing the journey the next morning. He climbed the mountain, firstly on his motorbike, then on foot. The man noticed a monk sat on a wall over-hanging the edge of the mountain at a temple high up the mountain flying a kite. The man took a healing bath before heading into the temple. The monk tapped a bell telling the man to focus on the bell. The man focused on the bell and drifted into an experience while the Unicorn underwent a task. The Unicorn enters a room as a consciousness. The room has diamonds around the room with light reflecting around the room. The Unicorn has to follow the lights. The room begins to fade and the Unicorn finds itself in space having to find a constellation. The Unicorn finds the correct constellation. Once the task has been passed, the man takes the horn from a chest in that room. The man then travels back down the mountain, back to the desert stopping briefly at a hotel on the way. The consciousness of the girl and Unicorn drifts out of the man, the horn sparkles and disappears, the girl and Unicorn travel back into the body of the Unicorn, the Unicorn sparkles as it gets its second horn and wings back. The Unicorn travels back to the woodland to the girl under the tree, the girl drifts back into her body, rides the Unicorn before finding her way back out of the experience and back to the merry-go-round in the fairground on the pier. The girl heads home, while walking home she finds an origami Unicorn in her pocket with writing on it. She realises that the experience she had was real. When she gets home, she goes to bed and drifts off asleep dreaming about her experience.

(Premium) This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation sleep story for grownups designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This healing hypnosis sleep story for grownups is a guided sleep meditation about a man hiking in the woods, as the sun sets he continued on by torchlight. He finds somewhere to set up camp. He sets up camp in a cave near a stream. He lights a campfire, cooks some soup and then relaxes back in his camp bed and reads a book listening to the stream in the background and the sound of the crackling fire and sounds of animals and birds in the woods. Once the sun has fully set, he goes and lays down outside the cave, gazing up at the stars. While gazing at the stars, his eyes relax shut and he begins to have a sense of the sound of a musical bowl being struck. He focuses his attention on the long sound of the notes and notices himself relaxing deeper. He heads back into the cave, lies down and drifts off asleep. While he drifts asleep, he has a sense of being on a sailing boat on a warm, summers day. He is sailing to a deserted island. On the deserted island he sees some monkey's, he watches the monkeys for a while. One of the monkey's approach the man and give him a drink of green liquid. The man drinks the liquid and notices that his sense of wellbeing and happiness increase, his senses seem to increase and his sense of focus seems to improve. The monkey rests its head on the man. He notices that the drink seems to be sending healing and wellbeing down through his body. In this dream, the man finds himself relaxing and drifting into a dream where he finds himself in woodland where he discovers a golden key. As soon as he touches the key he notices a light given off the key which guides him through the woods to a tree. At the tree he finds a keyhole. He uses the key to open a door into the tree. The other side of the tree he finds himself in the most beautiful meadow. In the meadow he finds a box, he opens the box, white light glows from inside the box. He finds a pen and paper in the box. He sits down in the meadow and starts writing, unaware of what he is writing. He notices that what his hand is automatically writing is telling his story. He has an awareness of his journey. He leaves the meadow, leaving the tree, waking with the monkey resting on him on the deserted island. He leaves the island and begins to wake up in that cave. He knows he will be camping in this cave for a few more days before heading out of the woodland. He takes time taking photographs in the woods and exploring the woods, each night relaxing in the sleeping bag in the cave and drifting comfortably asleep.
