Oasis in the Mind (Sleep Story)

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about one evening, walking into a garden on a farm, heading to a tree swing at the back of the garden. You sit on the tree swing. You think about a time in the past when you created this swing. You gently swing on that swing. You can see the sheep in the field. You try to count those sheep and find yourself drifting into a daydream. You find that your mind flies and realise that you are a butterfly. You settle down by a pool of water where you notice a wormhole open up which you travel through. You find yourself exiting the wormhole in a desert at night-time. You are aware that you are here as just consciousness, which is projecting a sense of having a physical body around you. You see an oasis, which you head towards. At the oasis, you meet someone who tells you that this is the oasis in the mind. You sit next to the person near the lake, listening to the crackling campfire, the rustling trees and listen to their voice as they guide you through a healing experience, guide you to a library in your mind where you can access universal knowledge and wisdom. After reading a while, you walk through a door and find yourself in an old English country garden. You head into the cottage and find a note telling you to make yourself comfortable and recommending that you check out the sensory deprivation tank upstairs. You go and try out the sensory deprivation tank. You drift into an inner experience with no time, no up, down, left, right, back or forth, just here and now. You hear the sound of a beach. You have a sense of lying on a comfortable towel on the beach on a sunny day. You stand up and walk into the water, you then head back and sit down and have an experience of the oasis in your mind before finding yourself back in the sensory deprivation tank, having something to eat and drink in the cottage, talking to a little old lady in the back garden of the cottage before finding your way back to the library and back to the oasis, to that person who has been guiding you. You notice a sandstorm has whipped up across the desert. You get told to trust yourself, before you set off into the sandstorm to find your way back to the wormhole. You find yourself back as a butterfly and drift back to having a sense of swinging on that swing aware that you lost track of your counting. You notice a distant storm is coming, so you get all the animals safe for the night. You head home, sit on the porch while the rain increases, before heading inside, sitting in a seat reading and then heading to bed.

(Premium) This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation sleep story for grownups designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind, reduce stress, worry and anxiety while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia.

This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about walking through a cave in a mountain. Deep in the mountain, you discover a door. You walk through that door and discover an underground world. You walk to an ice palace in the middle of this underground world. You enter the ice palace and ascend a spiral staircase to a bell tower. You notice there are people in the bell towers. The person in the bell tower you are in says they are the ice queen. They shared that the palace has begun to melt. The ice queen explains that a desert seems to be encroaching on the land and asks if you will investigate. You head off to discover what the problem is. You head on a horse to the desert, then at the desert, continue your journey on a camel, until eventually you find a door like the one you came through where the desert seems to be blowing in to the cave and in to this land. You head through the door and out into the desert sandstorm where you notice a building, you head into that building and find someone in the building. You explain about the land in the cave, then both head back to the cave, head into the cave, travel across the desert back to the horse and both ride back to the palace. You notice as you head away from the desert that the land is colder than it was before, that closing the door seemed to have worked to cool down this land and save the palace. The queen explained how these worlds in the Earth were created, that those who knew magic created worlds within the Earth when the surface of the Earth became difficult to live on thousands of years ago. The queen explained that each palace has a room of deep connection, where people can go to meditate and connect consciousness with those in the other lands. You head to the chamber and meditate to connect with those in other lands. You connect with someone from a world under the the British countryside who says they are one of the knights of the triangular table. You learn that these people in these underground worlds live perpetually in the moment.

(Premium) This deep sleep experience healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups where you have a sense of laying in a hammock swaying in the breeze between two trees. While rocking asleep, you drift into a dream, finding yourself walking through the softest grass at night-time towards a lake. You row across the lake, you head to a cabin, meet someone at the cabin who invites you in, telling you that they have been expecting you. You sit deeply in a seat near a cat on a rug. The person says their role is to guide you through an experience. They then guide you through an experience. You find yourself at the top of ten steps down to a beach. You descend the steps to the beach as the person counts down. You walk along the beach to a cave where you are told to close your eyes. You close your eyes and notice light dancing through your closed eyelids, they tell you they will pass their hand over your closed eyes and you go even deeper asleep. You find yourself in a meadow. You walk with the person down to a river, you both find a stick and release the sticks into the water at the same time. They sit on a rock and ask you to sit on a rock and tell you it is time to go deeper asleep. They guide you through a deeper process where you reach a location with steps to a garden, you get guided down into the garden. You walk into a shed in the garden and find out the other side of the shed is an unusual land of mushroom houses. Someone from their mushroom house comes out to greet you, they sit you by a campfire, the village gathers, they play drums, dancing and chanting. They encourage you to join in. They guide you through following the rhythm and find it helps you set up to awaken feeling great in the morning. You rock asleep and drift into a sanctuary in your mind.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a woman walking along the edge of a river through a meadow near woodland. The woman follows the river to a cliff edge looking out over an open view. She looks down on the view at the wildlife. She abseils down the cliff. She walks around the lake, away from the waterfall, to continue following the river. She sets up camp a little way from the river, has something to eat, then settles down to sleep. The woman finds herself walking down a footpath from her front door, but the door isn't attached to anything and all around looks like dense fog. She walks to the mailbox at the end of the footpath where she finds a letter. She reads the letter. She reads that a horse will arrive and that the letter is from me. After reading the letter a horse arrives. She sets off on the horse, trotting through woodland on a spring day to a cottage in a clearing. Someone was swinging on a rocking chair outside the cottage. The woman walked to the person at the cottage. They said 'let's play a game'. They got out what looked like a chess set, but instead of chess pieces, they were varieties of mushrooms. They started the game, each mushroom of the opponents taken, you eat. The more the woman won, the more mushrooms she ate and the more her reality shifted to look like she was in a painting with a black hole in the painting. She walked through the black hole and discovered it was a long tunnel, like a cave in the painting. In the cave, she touched the electric blue glowing moss. She used this moss to light her way through the cave. She encountered a plank on the ground, walked across the plank, noticing once on the other side that the plank was over a long drop. She continued on and out of the cave. She gazed over a view of animals around a pool of water. She walked to the water, drank some of the water and swam in the water, floating on her back with the warmth of the sun on her face and closed eyes. The woman leaves the water and heads to a box, opens the box, finding a soft stone with a piece of paper tied to it. She reads the paper and takes the stone, then finds a fog set in again and is stood next to that mailbox. She sees her front door, walks through the door and becomes aware of the sound of rain on the tent. In the morning, she leaves the tent and continues her journey, noticing the stone in her pocket from her dream. She heads to her destination to photograph a lunar eclipse. After the eclipse, she settles down in the tent, looking through her photographs. The next day, she hikes her journey back to her car, sleeps in her car for the night in the rain. The next morning, she drives home in the light rain. Once home, she sees a parcel delivered for her. She opens it and discovers it is a painting. That night, she settled down and drifts comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about imagining yourself sitting on a beach as the sun sets. You watch as shooting stars pass across the sky then settled down in a sleeping bag in a tent, drifting asleep. You dream about floating out of your body. You land on the clouds and find a lake, you rest your hands in the water and notice some of the cool blueness passing into you, comforting and healing. You row across the lake to an island in the middle of the lake. In the middle of the island is a hole. You close your eyes, step into the hole and slide in the hole like a water slide travelling deeper inside the cloud. You see here how the water is produced, how it rains, how the cloud is driven and how the cloud interacts with other clouds. You drop from the cloud and fly to the ground, landing in an old-fashioned telephone box in England. You hear drumming on the telephone and notice the changes to the rhythms. When the drumming stops, you leave the phone box and head into the market. You walk to a potato seller. The potato seller shows you to a room down an alleyway. You sit in a seat and they guide you through an inner process. You find yourself in a room full of mirrors. You look into your eyes in a mirror until you can't tell whether your eyes are open or closed. You find yourself in a savannah with a lake. You head to the lake, you notice Elephants and other animals. You set up a small fire in a cave and notice cave paintings on the walls of the cave. You investigate the cave paintings and as you touch the paintings, you get a flash of times passed. You then drift asleep in the cave. When you wake up, you notice a wolf had entered the cave and slept beside you. You set off on a journey with the wolf over many days and nights. You help each other on your journey. You head to the ocean before finding yourself back in the room of mirrors. You get given a glass of goo, which you work into a ball and it becomes an orb. The orb begins to float. You get told that, from a touch, the orb can heal. You think about what you would like healed and touch the orb. The person guides you back out of this place after your experience and guides you back to the market. You head back to the phone box, hear the phone ringing, lift the receiver, hear drumming and find yourself back in the cloud. You leave the cloud and drift into the you in the tent where you drift from dreaming sleep into a deep sleep. The next morning you awaken refreshed and revitalised and head through woodland, meet someone who talks with you and then seems to disappear as they walk away. You continue your journey home, continuing to wonder about your experience. Once home, you head to bed and drift and float comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about driving on a long road trip, travelling through a pine forest, seeing the sun set and stars in the sky. You pull over just beyond the forest and can notice how free of light pollution it is here. You lay back on a blanket on your car bonnet gazing up at the stars. You watch as an electric blue comet hovers in the sky. You let your eyes close and drift into a dream. You find yourself resting on a beach, you then have a sense that you are lying down in a desert at night-time. You walk through the desert towards the flickering orange glow of a fire. You see someone sat near the fire. They gesture for you to sit by the fire. You copy them, sitting by the fire, closing your eyes. They then say they are a guide and you are here to go on a spiritual journey. The guide says to go to the beach. You find yourself on a beach. You notice the way the moonlight dances on the ocean. You find you are sat next to a campfire with the guide still with you. The two of you walk to the sea shore. As you reach the water's edge, the guide tells you to stop and holds out a crystal ball and rolls that ball into the water. As you watch that, the guide says now. As they say now, the ball begins to look like a comet in space. You notice that the ocean went quiet and disappeared and you discover yourself as a mind in space watching the comet. The guide and yourself take a different course to the comet. You head to a distant planet around another star. You head down to a beach on this alien world. You head to a green lagoon. You notice familiar yet alien animals at the lagoon. You see a distant, silent storm. You head over to the animals and the guide tells you to open your mind to them. You feel a sense of connecting with the animals. You and the guide head to some ruins made out of shiny black stone. You begin to learn about how you are connected with the rest of the universe. You find yourself in a pyramid which you explore with the guide. You enter a chamber where you find a box. You open the box and discover a gold ring. You hold the ring and think of peace. You find your mind drifting to finding yourself riding a white horse. You ride to a lake. You row to an island in the middle of the lake. On the island, you discover what looks like a treasure chest. In the chest is a book. You read the book and hear songbirds singing and a deep sense of comfort. You head back to the pyramid, you talk with the guide, before heading back to Earth. Back on Earth, you wear the ring and look through the book and discover that the experience you just had was real. You spread out a bubble of awareness out from you to connect with the world around you. While doing this a fairy visits you to tell you that you are connecting with reality where you can travel through realities. The fairy tells you there is only now. They then guide you through a process of accessing the universal now. You find yourself as a child with a teddy bear. A puppy runs over to you, you stroke the puppy, throw a ball for the dog. You then have a memory of a cat on your lap. Then a memory of walking along a seashore, then through the woods before finding yourself drifting back from these experiences. You set up a camp in the meadow, relax and drift asleep in the tent.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about finding yourself at a friends house, playing with their children. You help them build forts out of pillows and blankets and have a playful fort battle. After finishing the game, you rest back in your fort, close your eyes and relax. As you drift asleep, you have a sense of being in a caravan being pulled along by horses. You look out of the window of the caravan and notice grass higher than the caravan, skyscraper sized trees and bees a third of your size. You head into woodland. The horse and cart travel into what looks like a rabbit hole. Deep in the tunnel, you notice that it opens up into a vast cavern. You walk deeper into the cavern and notice that you are in the base of a tree. You meet a fairy who explains that it is the summer solstice and you are here for a reason. You walk through a door, descend on a slide deeper under the tree. You can hear dripping and flowing water and notice that there are crystals illuminated throughout the cavern. You discover a river, you climb onto a leaf-boat on the river. The fairy guides that leaf along the river to a lake which is illuminated by a circle of glowing green mushrooms. You see a large mushroom. You notice the mushroom has a door. You walk into the mushroom. Inside the mushroom, you notice that the mushroom is full of books. The fairy makes you a drink with a piece of mushroom to help you access the knowledge contained here. You drink the drink, sit in a comfortable chair and the fairy guides you into the experience of connecting to the knowledge contained here. After being given access to the knowledge and seeing how far the knowledge spreads, the effects of the drink fade. The fairy gives you a jar of the mushroom mix and tells you to take that when you are back to your normal size to keep a deep connection with nature. After your experience, you awaken in the fort. You think about the dream you just had and then notice in your hand, is a tiny capsule. You head out into the garden and discover the route your took to that tree. That night, you settle down to sleep and dream. Just before you go to sleep, you take the pill. As you fall asleep, you feel that connection forming with the world around you. The next day, you go for a walk, you encounter a cat, you head into a park and encounter a dog. You rest against a tree in the park and wonder about how you can put this new knowledge and connection to use. While considering this, you hear a Tibetan bowl being struck. You have a sense of being in a temple high up in a mountain. Someone in the temple walks over to you, sits with you and tells you they can help you learn to use this knowledge. The person moves their hands around you. You feel a sense of static electricity and energy. They teach you how to channel healing energy. You drift out of the experience, leave the park, stop off at your friends house on your way home, tell them about your experiences, have afternoon tea in a treehouse with your friends children, before heading home. That night, you drift peacefully and comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about twin women out on a boat trip together for their 18th birthday. They head to an island setup camp for the night, they chat, eat and enjoy each others company on the night-time beach before settling down to sleep in their tent. The next day, they hike into the centre of the island, they follow the river in towards the centre of the island. They look at a map to try to find a chest buried on this island. They find and open the chest, finding an old book, a small box, a letter and gold. They take some of the bits from the chest back to their tent and set about trying to translate the book and letter. They discovered that the letter and book were the writings of two witches. The information led them to a house on the mainland which the key in the box was for. The next day, they head back to the mainland, head home, decipher more of the book and letter and then go on their bikes in search of the house. They find the derelict house, enter the house, find a door leading to a room deep under the house. Off the room, they discovered a secret passage. They followed the passage to a room of mirrors with a seat in the middle of the room. The twins sat down on the seat. They could see themselves in the mirrors surrounding them. The twins read one of the spells from the book about good fortune for the future. While reading, colours of light pulsed in the room until pulsing so fast the light became white, then they noticed what seemed to be a garden that they were sat in. They looked out over this beautiful garden, outside the garden they can see a meadow, see someone walking a dog, see birds, squirrels and other animals. As they look behind them, they notice a beautiful cottage and realise that this is a representation of a possible future of theirs. They understand that this experience is transformative for them. As they finish the spell, they find themselves back in the room. After their experience, they left the room, headed back to the main building where they saw an elderly woman stood in front of them. They spoke with the woman who gave them a bracelet each. Once the woman put on the bracelets, the property reverted to look how it used to look. They discovered that this is now their home. Their Dad explained that he knew they were going to have this experience, that it was his distant relatives who lived in that home. As they fell asleep that night, they talked about the experience and drifted comfortably asleep with a sense of security and wonder for the future.

This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about walking through woodland and out into a meadow at night-time. You walk through the meadow and down to a river, boarding a barge you are staying in. The next day, you continue your journey on that barge along the river. After a while, you moor the barge and follow a path into nearby woodland, out the other side of the woodland, towards ruins. You arrive at the standing stones ruins. Walk into the centre of the standing stones circle. You sit in the centre of the stone circle and begin to meditate. You have a sense of the colour purple forming around you, then a sense of energy coming from the stones passing into you. You start to hear sounds of people around you and discover yourself in the past. You meet the gatekeeper to this shrine or portal. You get shown to a small cabin and welcomed in. The person in the cabin talks with you about this experience, about how there are many visitors who come here from different times in the future. You get shown through to a library in the cabin and shown a book. You look through the book, then the person reads extracts from the book to you and seems to be carrying out a ritual. While listening to the person, you find your eyes closing as you drift to their voice. In your experience, you find yourself by a tree and notice a fairy. The fairy says that they are your guardian angel and they guide you through an experience. You have a sense of flying to a cave in the mountains. You pick up chalk, draw a horse with wings. You rub the drawing with a stick from the fire and Pegasus then becomes real. You ride Pegasus high in the sky as Pegasus flies faster and faster into the northern lights, before, in a flash, you discover stillness, silence and darkness. From this, light appears. The fairy says you have entered the land of the Gods. You head to a lake, you see different animals and notice how everything here seems to be in harmony. You find a chest containing a crystal. You hold the crystal up to the light. You notice is seems to reflect many version of reality. The fairy shows you to a hatch and asks you to descend 10 steps with your eyes closed. You find yourself in a light room with a sunflower. The fairy gives you a bracelet. You leave this place and head back on Pegasus and find your way back to the stone circle and back to your time. You head back to the barge and continue your journey. After your holiday, you head home.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a man who wakes one day to the sound of the grandfather clock downstairs. He has breakfast, spends some time in his garden, pets his dog and then goes on a walk with his dog. Heads through a park, through some woodland and down to a beach. The dog plays on the beach, jumping and splashing in the water, chasing a ball and accidentally jumps through a well built sandcastle that a father and son have built. The man and his dog continued their journey, from the beach, through some woodland, to a meadow. The man rested on his coat while his dog ran around. He took time to pay attention to nature around him. He then settled down to reading a novel on his phone and becoming absorbed in the story about an astronaut passing through an anomaly which transported them through time, initially into the past, then they found a solution to get themselves back to the present. Once in the present they wondered whether they could head to the future, so they continued on to the future, met with future humans. After reading for a while, the man drifts out of the story and back to the meadow. He continues to walk with his dog to a nearby village. They walk through the village and into woodland. The man rides on a zipwire in the woodland before continuing his journey along the edge of the river, over bridge and up the other side of the river, through countryside and into woodland again. The man finds that making this walk every day with his dog helps him in many ways, including helping his mental health. As he walks through the woodland his mind starts to wander to thoughts of walking through a zen garden and then meditating in that zen garden. While meditating, they have a sense of rising out of their body and up to a cave in the side of a mountain, sat beside a campfire looking down on himself in that zen garden. They drift deeply into meditation here in this cave. After their meditative experience, they drift out of the cave to the zen garden, out of the zen garden and back to themselves walking through the woodland. They continue their journey through the woodland, across a park and back home. The dog settles down, they make a drink and sit in the back garden for a while before carrying on with the day. Later in the day while in their garden, they see a crystal hanging in a tree, they spin the crystal in their hand and notice the rainbow light dancing in the sun. As they do this, so the tree moves and a portal seems to open up. They walk through the portal and descend some steps and discovers a secret base. The man is told that his mind will be wiped unless he can open a box. They hand him the box, he opens it without thought, to reveal a golden key. They then take him to a building and tell him that if he can get around the maze blind-folded and use the key to open a door at the other side, then he won't have his mind wiped. He puts his left hand on the wall and walks until he is out of the maze. He opens the door and discovers what looks like a UFO. They decide he may be able to help them, he explains he had lost his purpose and been searching. They hire him. As the sun sets, he settles down for the night, falling asleep.
