Oasis in the Mind (Sleep Story)

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about one evening, walking into a garden on a farm, heading to a tree swing at the back of the garden. You sit on the tree swing. You think about a time in the past when you created this swing. You gently swing on that swing. You can see the sheep in the field. You try to count those sheep and find yourself drifting into a daydream. You find that your mind flies and realise that you are a butterfly. You settle down by a pool of water where you notice a wormhole open up which you travel through. You find yourself exiting the wormhole in a desert at night-time. You are aware that you are here as just consciousness, which is projecting a sense of having a physical body around you. You see an oasis, which you head towards. At the oasis, you meet someone who tells you that this is the oasis in the mind. You sit next to the person near the lake, listening to the crackling campfire, the rustling trees and listen to their voice as they guide you through a healing experience, guide you to a library in your mind where you can access universal knowledge and wisdom. After reading a while, you walk through a door and find yourself in an old English country garden. You head into the cottage and find a note telling you to make yourself comfortable and recommending that you check out the sensory deprivation tank upstairs. You go and try out the sensory deprivation tank. You drift into an inner experience with no time, no up, down, left, right, back or forth, just here and now. You hear the sound of a beach. You have a sense of lying on a comfortable towel on the beach on a sunny day. You stand up and walk into the water, you then head back and sit down and have an experience of the oasis in your mind before finding yourself back in the sensory deprivation tank, having something to eat and drink in the cottage, talking to a little old lady in the back garden of the cottage before finding your way back to the library and back to the oasis, to that person who has been guiding you. You notice a sandstorm has whipped up across the desert. You get told to trust yourself, before you set off into the sandstorm to find your way back to the wormhole. You find yourself back as a butterfly and drift back to having a sense of swinging on that swing aware that you lost track of your counting. You notice a distant storm is coming, so you get all the animals safe for the night. You head home, sit on the porch while the rain increases, before heading inside, sitting in a seat reading and then heading to bed.

(Premium) This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation sleep story for grownups designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind, reduce stress, worry and anxiety while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia.

This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about walking through a cave in a mountain. Deep in the mountain, you discover a door. You walk through that door and discover an underground world. You walk to an ice palace in the middle of this underground world. You enter the ice palace and ascend a spiral staircase to a bell tower. You notice there are people in the bell towers. The person in the bell tower you are in says they are the ice queen. They shared that the palace has begun to melt. The ice queen explains that a desert seems to be encroaching on the land and asks if you will investigate. You head off to discover what the problem is. You head on a horse to the desert, then at the desert, continue your journey on a camel, until eventually you find a door like the one you came through where the desert seems to be blowing in to the cave and in to this land. You head through the door and out into the desert sandstorm where you notice a building, you head into that building and find someone in the building. You explain about the land in the cave, then both head back to the cave, head into the cave, travel across the desert back to the horse and both ride back to the palace. You notice as you head away from the desert that the land is colder than it was before, that closing the door seemed to have worked to cool down this land and save the palace. The queen explained how these worlds in the Earth were created, that those who knew magic created worlds within the Earth when the surface of the Earth became difficult to live on thousands of years ago. The queen explained that each palace has a room of deep connection, where people can go to meditate and connect consciousness with those in the other lands. You head to the chamber and meditate to connect with those in other lands. You connect with someone from a world under the the British countryside who says they are one of the knights of the triangular table. You learn that these people in these underground worlds live perpetually in the moment.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about imagining yourself sitting on a beach as the sun sets. You watch as shooting stars pass across the sky then settled down in a sleeping bag in a tent, drifting asleep. You dream about floating out of your body. You land on the clouds and find a lake, you rest your hands in the water and notice some of the cool blueness passing into you, comforting and healing. You row across the lake to an island in the middle of the lake. In the middle of the island is a hole. You close your eyes, step into the hole and slide in the hole like a water slide travelling deeper inside the cloud. You see here how the water is produced, how it rains, how the cloud is driven and how the cloud interacts with other clouds. You drop from the cloud and fly to the ground, landing in an old-fashioned telephone box in England. You hear drumming on the telephone and notice the changes to the rhythms. When the drumming stops, you leave the phone box and head into the market. You walk to a potato seller. The potato seller shows you to a room down an alleyway. You sit in a seat and they guide you through an inner process. You find yourself in a room full of mirrors. You look into your eyes in a mirror until you can't tell whether your eyes are open or closed. You find yourself in a savannah with a lake. You head to the lake, you notice Elephants and other animals. You set up a small fire in a cave and notice cave paintings on the walls of the cave. You investigate the cave paintings and as you touch the paintings, you get a flash of times passed. You then drift asleep in the cave. When you wake up, you notice a wolf had entered the cave and slept beside you. You set off on a journey with the wolf over many days and nights. You help each other on your journey. You head to the ocean before finding yourself back in the room of mirrors. You get given a glass of goo, which you work into a ball and it becomes an orb. The orb begins to float. You get told that, from a touch, the orb can heal. You think about what you would like healed and touch the orb. The person guides you back out of this place after your experience and guides you back to the market. You head back to the phone box, hear the phone ringing, lift the receiver, hear drumming and find yourself back in the cloud. You leave the cloud and drift into the you in the tent where you drift from dreaming sleep into a deep sleep. The next morning you awaken refreshed and revitalised and head through woodland, meet someone who talks with you and then seems to disappear as they walk away. You continue your journey home, continuing to wonder about your experience. Once home, you head to bed and drift and float comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a man walking on the seafront. He paddle boards along to a sheltered bay. Heads to the bay where he finds a cave. He heads into the cave and finds a chest. In the chest he finds loose papers. He looks at the papers and notices writing and a map. He leaves the bay, heads back to the sandy beach. He leaves the beach and continues a journey in his truck. He travels into dense forest. He arrives at mountains and camps for the night at the foot of the mountains. The next day the man climbs the mountain to a cave, walks into the cave and discovers a large chamber. In the chamber, he discovers a puzzle. He solves the puzzle, which uncovers another tunnel. He follows this tunnel to a stone door. He passes through that door into a chamber where he discovers a blue glowing light. The man steps into the light and finds himself in Antarctica. He went back through the floating ball of light and found himself back in the cave. He went through the light again, in a different location and found himself in a different location. He was in water where he was met by a mermaid. She guides him through a process for him to be able to swim under water with her. The mermaid led him to an emerald palace deep under the water. The mermaid explained about the portal he had been using and gave him something that will help him on any future journey's through the portal. He heads back through the portal and chooses another direction to pass through the portal again. He heads through and finds himself in a forest that he knew wasn't Earth. He could see what he would call pixies around the base of the trees and fairies flying through the trees. He climbs a rope ladder up into the trees and discovers a community of squirrel sized teddy-bear-looking creatures. Just before heading back through the portal, the man was asked for his help. He had to navigate through a labyrinth maze and open a door in the middle. They succeed in doing this, discovering in the room a clockwork robot holding a sword. The man gets a sheet of paper which he returns to the fairy. She reads the paper and the land here changed. The man then checked out more of this land before heading back through the portal. They stepped through the portal again, this time, to a mountain temple guarded by a red dragon. The man tapped a singing bowl, closed his eyes and listened. While meditating he discovered himself connecting with those who built the portal. The man heads back through the portal, descends the mountain and over months, he builds a cabin at the foot of the mountain so that he can continue to explore the portal.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about driving on a long road trip, travelling through a pine forest, seeing the sun set and stars in the sky. You pull over just beyond the forest and can notice how free of light pollution it is here. You lay back on a blanket on your car bonnet gazing up at the stars. You watch as an electric blue comet hovers in the sky. You let your eyes close and drift into a dream. You find yourself resting on a beach, you then have a sense that you are lying down in a desert at night-time. You walk through the desert towards the flickering orange glow of a fire. You see someone sat near the fire. They gesture for you to sit by the fire. You copy them, sitting by the fire, closing your eyes. They then say they are a guide and you are here to go on a spiritual journey. The guide says to go to the beach. You find yourself on a beach. You notice the way the moonlight dances on the ocean. You find you are sat next to a campfire with the guide still with you. The two of you walk to the sea shore. As you reach the water's edge, the guide tells you to stop and holds out a crystal ball and rolls that ball into the water. As you watch that, the guide says now. As they say now, the ball begins to look like a comet in space. You notice that the ocean went quiet and disappeared and you discover yourself as a mind in space watching the comet. The guide and yourself take a different course to the comet. You head to a distant planet around another star. You head down to a beach on this alien world. You head to a green lagoon. You notice familiar yet alien animals at the lagoon. You see a distant, silent storm. You head over to the animals and the guide tells you to open your mind to them. You feel a sense of connecting with the animals. You and the guide head to some ruins made out of shiny black stone. You begin to learn about how you are connected with the rest of the universe. You find yourself in a pyramid which you explore with the guide. You enter a chamber where you find a box. You open the box and discover a gold ring. You hold the ring and think of peace. You find your mind drifting to finding yourself riding a white horse. You ride to a lake. You row to an island in the middle of the lake. On the island, you discover what looks like a treasure chest. In the chest is a book. You read the book and hear songbirds singing and a deep sense of comfort. You head back to the pyramid, you talk with the guide, before heading back to Earth. Back on Earth, you wear the ring and look through the book and discover that the experience you just had was real. You spread out a bubble of awareness out from you to connect with the world around you. While doing this a fairy visits you to tell you that you are connecting with reality where you can travel through realities. The fairy tells you there is only now. They then guide you through a process of accessing the universal now. You find yourself as a child with a teddy bear. A puppy runs over to you, you stroke the puppy, throw a ball for the dog. You then have a memory of a cat on your lap. Then a memory of walking along a seashore, then through the woods before finding yourself drifting back from these experiences. You set up a camp in the meadow, relax and drift asleep in the tent.

Walk into the centre of the standing stones circle. You sit in the centre of the stone circle and begin to meditate. You have a sense of the colour purple forming around you, then a sense of energy coming from the stones passing into you. You start to hear sounds of people around you and discover yourself in the past. You meet the gatekeeper to this shrine or portal. You get shown to a small cabin and welcomed in. The person in the cabin talks with you about this experience, about how there are many visitors who come here from different times in the future. You get shown through to a library in the cabin and shown a book. You look through the book, then the person reads extracts from the book to you and seems to be carrying out a ritual. While listening to the person, you find your eyes closing as you drift to their voice. In your experience, you find yourself by a tree and notice a fairy. The fairy says that they are your guardian angel and they guide you through an experience. You have a sense of flying to a cave in the mountains. You pick up chalk, draw a horse with wings. You rub the drawing with a stick from the fire and Pegasus then becomes real. You ride Pegasus high in the sky as Pegasus flies faster and faster into the northern lights, before, in a flash, you discover stillness, silence and darkness. From this, light appears. The fairy says you have entered the land of the Gods. You head to a lake, you see different animals and notice how everything here seems to be in harmony. You find a chest containing a crystal. You hold the crystal up to the light. You notice is seems to reflect many version of reality. The fairy shows you to a hatch and asks you to descend 10 steps with your eyes closed. You find yourself in a light room with a sunflower. The fairy gives you a bracelet. You leave this place and head back on Pegasus and find your way back to the stone circle and back to your time. You head back to the barge and continue your journey. After your holiday, you head home.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a man who wakes one day to the sound of the grandfather clock downstairs. He has breakfast, spends some time in his garden, pets his dog and then goes on a walk with his dog. Heads through a park, through some woodland and down to a beach. The dog plays on the beach, jumping and splashing in the water, chasing a ball and accidentally jumps through a well built sandcastle that a father and son have built. The man and his dog continued their journey, from the beach, through some woodland, to a meadow. The man rested on his coat while his dog ran around. He took time to pay attention to nature around him. He then settled down to reading a novel on his phone and becoming absorbed in the story about an astronaut passing through an anomaly which transported them through time, initially into the past, then they found a solution to get themselves back to the present. Once in the present they wondered whether they could head to the future, so they continued on to the future, met with future humans. After reading for a while, the man drifts out of the story and back to the meadow. He continues to walk with his dog to a nearby village. They walk through the village and into woodland. The man rides on a zipwire in the woodland before continuing his journey along the edge of the river, over bridge and up the other side of the river, through countryside and into woodland again. The man finds that making this walk every day with his dog helps him in many ways, including helping his mental health. As he walks through the woodland his mind starts to wander to thoughts of walking through a zen garden and then meditating in that zen garden. While meditating, they have a sense of rising out of their body and up to a cave in the side of a mountain, sat beside a campfire looking down on himself in that zen garden. They drift deeply into meditation here in this cave. After their meditative experience, they drift out of the cave to the zen garden, out of the zen garden and back to themselves walking through the woodland. They continue their journey through the woodland, across a park and back home. The dog settles down, they make a drink and sit in the back garden for a while before carrying on with the day. Later in the day while in their garden, they see a crystal hanging in a tree, they spin the crystal in their hand and notice the rainbow light dancing in the sun. As they do this, so the tree moves and a portal seems to open up. They walk through the portal and descend some steps and discovers a secret base. The man is told that his mind will be wiped unless he can open a box. They hand him the box, he opens it without thought, to reveal a golden key. They then take him to a building and tell him that if he can get around the maze blind-folded and use the key to open a door at the other side, then he won't have his mind wiped. He puts his left hand on the wall and walks until he is out of the maze. He opens the door and discovers what looks like a UFO. They decide he may be able to help them, he explains he had lost his purpose and been searching. They hire him. As the sun sets, he settles down for the night, falling asleep.

You wander down to the river and climb into a kayak and paddle down the river. You set up a tent and camp for the night. While relaxing by the campfire gazing up at the sky, having a sense of drifting and floating up into space and travelling among the stars and into an alternative universe. In that alternative universe, you find your way to a planet. On the planet you find an underground civilisation. You communicate with the civilisation by drinking electric blue coloured water which allows you to understand each other. The alien's give you a gift and you reciprocate. You then head back to your own universe, back to your own galaxy, all the way back to Earth where you find that you have the gift and don't have the gift you gave to the alien's and that the experience must have been more real than just your consciousness travelling through space and time to another universe. While wondering about the experience you had, you can hear the distant sound of a dragon, the distant rumble of thunder of an approaching storm. You drift asleep into a dream in the tent as the storm passes overhead. You dream about being at home with your dog. You dream that a golden Phoenix is born from the ashes of a tree in your back garden. As the dream comes to an end, you awaken in the morning in the tent to the sound of songbirds. You head home, greet your dog and notice that the tree at the end of the garden is missing, that it appears to have burned down and you notice that the golden phoenix was real, that there must have been a phoenix egg in the tree that has now hatched. You discover that you have a connection with the phoenix. That night, you relax in your garden thinking about your experiences, before heading to bed and drifting comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about finding yourself on holiday in a house on a deserted island. One day during your holiday while resting on the beach, you hear footsteps, you look behind you and see what you would describe as a wizard in a long flowing purple cloak walking towards you with a kitten at their feet. The wizard tells you that your help is needed. You go with the wizard, stepping into the wizards hat finding yourself in a field near a tree. The wizard guides you to a cobbled street, you climb into a horse and cart, the wizard drives the cart, stopping somewhere to buy some clothes. You realise that you are in Victorian England. You continue your journey to a cottage. In the cottage, the wizard explains that there is a multi-dimensional being like them that needs to be stopped from changing history and you are the person to do that. After the wizard and kitten leave the cottage, you head out and enjoy the back garden before settling down asleep in bed. While you sleep, you have a feeling that the bed is upside-down, that your world has flipped upside-down. You go to walk into the back garden and notice that the backdoor doesn't open into the back garden, but instead, it opens into what seems like space. You push off into this space, as you turn around, you can see the cottage floating upside-down, there is nothing else around you other than what looks like an asteroid in the distance. You head to the asteroid and into a cave. In the cave, you discover the most beautiful moving patterns on the back wall. You touch the wall and notice patterns changing, replicating the pattern of your hand. A yellow bird lands on your shoulder and starts tweeting into your ear. You move your hand until the movement stops, then the wall seems to vanish and you discover a large open space. In the middle of this space is a well, you lower a bucket down into the well. You raise the bucket up and see glowing electric blue water. As you touch the water, your surroundings transform into a vast meadow. You see someone sat on the ground by a tree. You head to them and see that they are lost in thought. They notice you, you notice sadness in their eyes. You ask them if you can help. They explain they lost control of their powers and isolated themselves here to protect everyone. You hypnotically help this multi-dimensional being heal themselves. You then head back to the cottage, find yourself lying in bed. You re-enter your body lying there, wake up, grab something to eat, before the wizard and kitten arrive at the cottage. You climb into the cart and as you do, you find yourself back on the beach. The wizard tells you that no time here on your holiday has passed while you have been on your adventure. You continue to enjoy your holiday, you dive with a manta ray. At the end of the holiday, you head home, thinking about the experience, you settle down at home, that night finding yourself drifting so comfortably and deeply asleep.

This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about walking through a forest in the arctic circle. You are walking to a clearing where you can see the northern lights. You sit on the snow watching the aurora. You take photos of the aurora. You see some polar bears, you notice the strangest thing, the lights begin to fill more of the sky and then seem to pass down into the adult polar bear creating rainbow light throughout that polar bear and then the cub. You take some photographs and follow the polar bears. You take photographs of a white fox, you notice a white owl. You follow the bears to the ocean. The bears head into a cave, you follow them. In the cave, you notice a glowing moss, you touch the moss and notice how soft it is. You discover a glowing pool of water. You feel safe around these bears. After healing light passes through your body, you sit down and meditate. One of the bears begins to talk to you, explaining where you are and what it going on. The bear explains that they are spirit animals. The bear shares about panpsychism and spirit animals, as the healing light fades through you, you exit the meditation. You notice the lights on the polar bears are fading and the bears look like they are about to fall asleep. As you leave the cave, you notice the sun is rising and the ocean is calm. You head back to the forest and back to a cabin, light a log fire and have a warm drink. You then relax a moment dreaming about your experience of seeing the polar bears. You see them running down the hill and turning into horses riding on a rainbow over the ocean. When you wake up, you go outside the cabin to the lake. You see a large stag walking out of the forest. That night you sleep well, the next morning you make your journey home. You stop on the way home, spending a night somewhere as a storm passes by in the distance with rain on your window. As you continue your journey, you stop at an orchard, you meet the pets at this orchard and sit and talk with the owner for a while. You spend the night at the orchard. Once home, you change into comfortable clothes, that night, you have a warm shower and head to bed, meeting the polar bear in a dream, they give you an amethyst which you still have when you awaken that seems to help you connect with nature. One night you drift deeply and profoundly asleep as you absorb the experience.
