(Premium) This is a Virtual Hypnotherapy Session (ideally, wear headphones and listen to this in a comfortable seated position at a time you are unlikely to fall asleep. If you want to listen to this to fall asleep, you can listen lying down. It is still best listened to through headphones if possible and if you listen without really paying attention and engaging fully, then it will be likely to just send you to sleep, rather than get the therapeutic benefit of the 'session' itself).

Experience arriving, sitting down and then experiencing a 90 minute hypnotherapy session. The way this is recorded is so that you can listen to it regularly as if going back for multiple hypnotherapy sessions. You can focus on your over all goal and then each 'session' you work on what you need to work on next towards that goal.

Each time you listen, you will increase in responsiveness and you will be more used to the process you are engaging with so you will find it easier to know what you want to say or do at the various stages of the process. This virtual hypnotherapy session doesn't replace face-to-face professional or medical support.

You should always consult your Doctor or medical professional if you have any type of psychological or physical problem.

The way this ends is to give you the option of 'awakening in your own time', so you can follow along to this and if you decide to do so, you can drift comfortably asleep once it ends, or you can awaken shortly after it has ended.

This is a hypnotherapy session, so, like all hypnotherapy sessions, the idea to get the most out of this, is for you to engage with the therapy, not just be a passive listener, or even worse, passive and not really even listening along.

(Free) This is an old ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) whisper hypnosis self learning track of mine (so an ASMR male British voice) guiding the listener through a 'My Friend John' hypnotic induction and then offering space for inner self learning to take place. I made it in 2009. It is only a short track. I have always been fascinated with the feeling of entering hypnosis that some people would describe if I induced hypnosis in specific ways, like using a deep rumbling voice for words like 'deeper' and talking in a whisper, and also when inducing hypnosis with gentle touch, like gently, almost imperceptibly lifting someones arm and touching their hand and wrist area to get arm levitation and focusing attention with soft feather like touches.

While I was listening through tracks I thought I would also share some of them here on YouTube that I don't think I have shared here before. As they are much older (many that I am going through are 10-20 years old) they have lower sound quality and in the case of some of my tracks from about 20 years ago, they also have terrible direct authoritarian hypnosis telling the listener what to do and how they are feeling etc... Not something I've done in almost 20 years.
This self-hypnosis track is a Deep Trance Identification track to help the user develop skills. The idea is that you go into deep trance and have a sense of being someone who does the skill you want to develop, so if you wanted to learn to play piano for example, you would need to have at least some basic piano knowledge, and many examples of the person you want to do the deep trance identification as playing piano, you can't create a skill from nothing. So, say you wanted to play piano like Jools Holland, you would need to have watched hours of Jools Holland playing piano so that your brain has observed how he plays, how he sits, how he moves his hands and fingers etc. Ideally also watched many interviews with Jools to hear how he thinks about playing music, what kind of state of mind he is in at the time - what is going on internally for him.
Then when you do deep trance identification, you are identifying with what you know of him, so the more you know the better the job you can do of becoming that person and learning what it is like to be them and doing things as they do them.
This is like a deep mind version of mental rehearsal. This track is about 90 minutes long and very deep and was made over 10 years ago.
As part of this track I ask you to go back in time to be a child, the idea is to mimic the idea of learning that skill over many years from childhood when it was also easier to learn skills than it is as an adult. As such during this time I talk to you 'as if' you are a child so that what I am doing is congruent and this helps to deepen the experience.
