(Premium) This deep sleep experience healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups where you have a sense of laying in a hammock swaying in the breeze between two trees. While rocking asleep, you drift into a dream, finding yourself walking through the softest grass at night-time towards a lake. You row across the lake, you head to a cabin, meet someone at the cabin who invites you in, telling you that they have been expecting you. You sit deeply in a seat near a cat on a rug. The person says their role is to guide you through an experience. They then guide you through an experience. You find yourself at the top of ten steps down to a beach. You descend the steps to the beach as the person counts down. You walk along the beach to a cave where you are told to close your eyes. You close your eyes and notice light dancing through your closed eyelids, they tell you they will pass their hand over your closed eyes and you go even deeper asleep. You find yourself in a meadow. You walk with the person down to a river, you both find a stick and release the sticks into the water at the same time. They sit on a rock and ask you to sit on a rock and tell you it is time to go deeper asleep. They guide you through a deeper process where you reach a location with steps to a garden, you get guided down into the garden. You walk into a shed in the garden and find out the other side of the shed is an unusual land of mushroom houses. Someone from their mushroom house comes out to greet you, they sit you by a campfire, the village gathers, they play drums, dancing and chanting. They encourage you to join in. They guide you through following the rhythm and find it helps you set up to awaken feeling great in the morning. You rock asleep and drift into a sanctuary in your mind.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about driving on a long road trip, travelling through a pine forest, seeing the sun set and stars in the sky. You pull over just beyond the forest and can notice how free of light pollution it is here. You lay back on a blanket on your car bonnet gazing up at the stars. You watch as an electric blue comet hovers in the sky. You let your eyes close and drift into a dream. You find yourself resting on a beach, you then have a sense that you are lying down in a desert at night-time. You walk through the desert towards the flickering orange glow of a fire. You see someone sat near the fire. They gesture for you to sit by the fire. You copy them, sitting by the fire, closing your eyes. They then say they are a guide and you are here to go on a spiritual journey. The guide says to go to the beach. You find yourself on a beach. You notice the way the moonlight dances on the ocean. You find you are sat next to a campfire with the guide still with you. The two of you walk to the sea shore. As you reach the water's edge, the guide tells you to stop and holds out a crystal ball and rolls that ball into the water. As you watch that, the guide says now. As they say now, the ball begins to look like a comet in space. You notice that the ocean went quiet and disappeared and you discover yourself as a mind in space watching the comet. The guide and yourself take a different course to the comet. You head to a distant planet around another star. You head down to a beach on this alien world. You head to a green lagoon. You notice familiar yet alien animals at the lagoon. You see a distant, silent storm. You head over to the animals and the guide tells you to open your mind to them. You feel a sense of connecting with the animals. You and the guide head to some ruins made out of shiny black stone. You begin to learn about how you are connected with the rest of the universe. You find yourself in a pyramid which you explore with the guide. You enter a chamber where you find a box. You open the box and discover a gold ring. You hold the ring and think of peace. You find your mind drifting to finding yourself riding a white horse. You ride to a lake. You row to an island in the middle of the lake. On the island, you discover what looks like a treasure chest. In the chest is a book. You read the book and hear songbirds singing and a deep sense of comfort. You head back to the pyramid, you talk with the guide, before heading back to Earth. Back on Earth, you wear the ring and look through the book and discover that the experience you just had was real. You spread out a bubble of awareness out from you to connect with the world around you. While doing this a fairy visits you to tell you that you are connecting with reality where you can travel through realities. The fairy tells you there is only now. They then guide you through a process of accessing the universal now. You find yourself as a child with a teddy bear. A puppy runs over to you, you stroke the puppy, throw a ball for the dog. You then have a memory of a cat on your lap. Then a memory of walking along a seashore, then through the woods before finding yourself drifting back from these experiences. You set up a camp in the meadow, relax and drift asleep in the tent.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about finding yourself on holiday in a house on a deserted island. One day during your holiday while resting on the beach, you hear footsteps, you look behind you and see what you would describe as a wizard in a long flowing purple cloak walking towards you with a kitten at their feet. The wizard tells you that your help is needed. You go with the wizard, stepping into the wizards hat finding yourself in a field near a tree. The wizard guides you to a cobbled street, you climb into a horse and cart, the wizard drives the cart, stopping somewhere to buy some clothes. You realise that you are in Victorian England. You continue your journey to a cottage. In the cottage, the wizard explains that there is a multi-dimensional being like them that needs to be stopped from changing history and you are the person to do that. After the wizard and kitten leave the cottage, you head out and enjoy the back garden before settling down asleep in bed. While you sleep, you have a feeling that the bed is upside-down, that your world has flipped upside-down. You go to walk into the back garden and notice that the backdoor doesn't open into the back garden, but instead, it opens into what seems like space. You push off into this space, as you turn around, you can see the cottage floating upside-down, there is nothing else around you other than what looks like an asteroid in the distance. You head to the asteroid and into a cave. In the cave, you discover the most beautiful moving patterns on the back wall. You touch the wall and notice patterns changing, replicating the pattern of your hand. A yellow bird lands on your shoulder and starts tweeting into your ear. You move your hand until the movement stops, then the wall seems to vanish and you discover a large open space. In the middle of this space is a well, you lower a bucket down into the well. You raise the bucket up and see glowing electric blue water. As you touch the water, your surroundings transform into a vast meadow. You see someone sat on the ground by a tree. You head to them and see that they are lost in thought. They notice you, you notice sadness in their eyes. You ask them if you can help. They explain they lost control of their powers and isolated themselves here to protect everyone. You hypnotically help this multi-dimensional being heal themselves. You then head back to the cottage, find yourself lying in bed. You re-enter your body lying there, wake up, grab something to eat, before the wizard and kitten arrive at the cottage. You climb into the cart and as you do, you find yourself back on the beach. The wizard tells you that no time here on your holiday has passed while you have been on your adventure. You continue to enjoy your holiday, you dive with a manta ray. At the end of the holiday, you head home, thinking about the experience, you settle down at home, that night finding yourself drifting so comfortably and deeply asleep.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about someone waking up on a cold day, in a warm home, they make breakfast and eat breakfast whilst looking out into the garden. They look through an atlas to find where they would like to visit. They decide to go on a road trip. During their long road trip, they pull off the road and camp for the night, lighting a campfire, resting on the bonnet of their car, gazing up at the night sky. They notice a UFO approaching and then landing near where they are camping. They go to investigate and board the ship. On the ship, they encounter aliens and the ship launches up into space. They spoke with the aliens before being returned to where they came from. The next day, they continued their road trip. They travelled into a dense forest, followed by hilly terrain, but still covered in forest. They noticed the temperature dropping as they continued travelling north. As they continued, they found a clearing. They stopped in the clearing, looking down over a lake. They drive down along the lake to a cabin they will be staying in a few days. They relax in the cabin before heading outside in the evening. They watch the night's sky, the full moon, the light dancing on the water of the lake. The next day, they explore by the lake and into the forest. They watch a silver fox walk past, notice birds and the sounds in the forest. They find a door in a tree and walk through the door. The other side of the door is rolling hills and a track to a white palace. They notice someone on a hill, they go to that person and notice the person is painting. They ask if you want to paint. You join them in painting while talking to them. After painting, the person went back through the door to the forest and back to the cabin. In the cabin, they looked at the painting. The person noticed that on their painting was a holographic 3D image of a figure. They touched the hologram and they appeared in the cabin and turned out to be an alien. They explained about the experience the person had had.

(Premium) This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation sleep story for grownups designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind, reduce stress, worry and anxiety while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers.

This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about walking through a forest in the arctic circle. You are walking to a clearing where you can see the northern lights. You sit on the snow watching the aurora. You take photos of the aurora. You see some polar bears, you notice the strangest thing, the lights begin to fill more of the sky and then seem to pass down into the adult polar bear creating rainbow light throughout that polar bear and then the cub. You take some photographs and follow the polar bears. You take photographs of a white fox, you notice a white owl. You follow the bears to the ocean. The bears head into a cave, you follow them. In the cave, you notice a glowing moss, you touch the moss and notice how soft it is. You discover a glowing pool of water. You feel safe around these bears. After healing light passes through your body, you sit down and meditate. One of the bears begins to talk to you, explaining where you are and what it going on. The bear explains that they are spirit animals. The bear shares about panpsychism and spirit animals, as the healing light fades through you, you exit the meditation. You notice the lights on the polar bears are fading and the bears look like they are about to fall asleep. As you leave the cave, you notice the sun is rising and the ocean is calm. You head back to the forest and back to a cabin, light a log fire and have a warm drink. You then relax a moment dreaming about your experience of seeing the polar bears. You see them running down the hill and turning into horses riding on a rainbow over the ocean. When you wake up, you go outside the cabin to the lake. You see a large stag walking out of the forest. That night you sleep well, the next morning you make your journey home. You stop on the way home, spending a night somewhere as a storm passes by in the distance with rain on your window. As you continue your journey, you stop at an orchard, you meet the pets at this orchard and sit and talk with the owner for a while. You spend the night at the orchard. Once home, you change into comfortable clothes, that night, you have a warm shower and head to bed, meeting the polar bear in a dream, they give you an amethyst which you still have when you awaken that seems to help you connect with nature. One night you drift deeply and profoundly asleep as you absorb the experience.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about finding yourself walking along a seafront. You find some smooth glass worn down by the ocean. You sit down next to a campfire as the sun sets. You hold up different pieces of the smooth glass in front of the moon and notice the way each piece changes the colour of the moon. You lay back, looking up at the stars as your eyes close and you drift into a reverie. You start to feel like you are transporting through time. You discover yourself in a meadow in the UK countryside in the late 1930's, early 1940's. You head to a house, enter the house and realise that here you are a small child. A woman in the house calls you out into the garden, the two of you talk in the garden drinking a cold drink. You sat in a treehouse in the garden, the cat came and joined you. As you went to bed that night and fell asleep, you could hear the sound of waves and the campfire. The next day you received a letter from your father which included a photograph of them in a bunker. The letter said they were doing well and included a pressed rose for you to keep next to your bed. You go out during the day, playing with other children, heading into meadows, walking along a stream, heading into farms, heading to a field with an old tree. You sit under the old tree, resting your back against the tree. You notice the tree vibrating, time around the tree freezes and then a hermit walks out of the tree. They set you on an adventure. That night, you head off on your adventure, walking through woodland, over hills, out to a cliff. You run your fingers along the cliff and a tunnel opens up. You enter the tunnel and find your way into a spaceship and communicate with aliens. After your encounter you head home to bed. The next morning you head to the meadow, lie down, drift into a reverie and awaken on that beach. You head home and go to bed. The next morning, you get your post and read a hand written letter which explains about the experience you had.

This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a young girl walking through a zoo. After visiting the zoo, the family drive home. The girl falls asleep to the sound of rain on the car during the trip. She drifts into a dream, dreaming about Buffalo, she walks to a lake, she notices a glistening light on a tree over the other side of the lake. She has a sense of floating over the lake to the tree. She feels drawn into the crystal and finds herself in space looking down on a planet. She heads down to the planet, finds herself in a meadow, heads to an ocean. She floats through sea-spray as you drifts out to sea to where the water is calmer. She lies on her back in the water floating and resting. After a while she floats up into the sky and flies back to the meadow. She walks barefoot through the meadow. She flies out of the meadow and heads to a settlement. She follows a river, crosses a bridge, sees a palace, heads into the palace gardens, sees fairies tending to the flowers. A fairy explained about this planet and the life here. They explained about a giant mushroom which is the most intelligent being on this planet. The girl heads into the palace where she discovers the palace is a large hollow space containing a single large, old tree. The girl was told the story about the tree and why it is in this palace. As the girl rested under the tree, she found herself waking up in the car to the sound of the rain. Once home, the girl sat on a chair near her bedroom window, stroked her cat while looking out of the window. While looking into her garden she noticed a glistening. She went to a tree in her back garden and saw a crystal hanging on some string in the tree. She took the crystal and tied it to her ankle. She went to the pond in her garden, looked at the wildlife in the pond and enjoyed the sounds of wildlife in her garden. While sitting by the pond, she noticed the crystal beginning to sparkle again, noticed the water in the pond beginning to swirl and saw a large fairy raise up out of the water telling the girl that this wasn't a dream and talks about the experience the girl has had. The girl talks to her parents about the experience and then goes to bed. She discovers that when she sleeps, she can find herself drawn back into the crystal and back to that alien planet.

(Premium) This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This healing hypnosis sleep story for adults is a guided sleep meditation deep relaxation bedtime story for adults recorded and created during one of my livestreams where I get given ideas from those watching and live on air, take those ideas and turn them into a guided sleep meditation. This sleep story for grownups is about finding yourself in an antiques shop, you explore what is in the antiques shop. You head to the back part of the shop where the rarest items are. You find an old book and begin to read. As you read, you find yourself drawn into the book, finding yourself on a tropical island aware of seagulls, of the beach and the warmth of the sun on your face. You notice dolphins leaping out to sea. You notice a hummingbird feeding from a flower. You begin to think about slowing down time and notice that the hummingbird slows to a halt. You explore the island, walking deeper into the trees and across to the other side of the island where you set up camp. You watch as the sun sets, gazing at the night sky, you eat some marshmallows before drifting off asleep. While you drift asleep, you drift into a dream. You have a sense of walking in a desert in Egypt heading to an archaeological dig. You are the main archaeologist and unearth what looks like an urn. When you take it from it's chamber, mist appears around the urn and as the mist clears you see a black cat with a gold necklace sat in front of you. You follow the cat to a pyramid and realise that the pyramid is a spaceship. The cat takes off in that spaceship with you on board. It lands in Australia where the cat awakens thousands more cats from stasis. These cats came from Mars and as Mars's environment changed they had to leave the planet and they came here thousands of years ago. All the cats head to the spaceship, you go on the spaceship as well. The cat's drop you off back in Egypt before the cats fly off out of sight in that spaceship. You wake up in your camp on that beach, you eat marshmallows for breakfast, you explore the tropical island further. As you explore, you slowly find yourself back in the antique shop. You get curious about the necklace. You think you have seen it somewhere in the shop. You go and search and find it. You purchase it before leaving the shop, going to a park, sitting in the park eating strawberries under a tree. You share your strawberries with a raven before noticing a storm is coming, so you head home. Once home, you relax in your conservatory listening to the rain on the windows, seeing the occasional flash of sheet lightning and the distant rumble of thunder. While listening to the rain, your mind wanders to childhood thoughts of making bubble mixture, blowing bubbles and playing. As the storm gets nearer you drift out of the reverie and head to bed, drifting comfortably asleep. The next day you continue investigating about the cats. You head to the local church, investigate documents in the church, then checking out books in the local library. Out the back of the library you see foxes playing and you see a black cat. You walk to the cat, engage with the cat, before the cat confidently walks away. You then go to a cafe, get on with your day wondering about your experiences, before heading home at the end of the day, going to bed and drifting off asleep.

This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This guided sleep meditation bedtime story for adults is about a kitten who had never experienced Christmas before. While presents were being wrapped the kitten played with the ribbon and paper, but kept being told off and so tucked itself away in its cat bed. On Christmas day the kitten was worried about getting told off. The humans gave the kitten wrapping paper and ribbon to play with. The kitten played with the wrapping paper, ribbon and with boxes. The kitten played for the day and then later that day, they relaxed in their bed, drifted asleep and began to dream. The kitten began to dream that they were walking through a corridor to a mirror. In the mirror they saw a Lion looking back a them. The kitten stepped into the mirror and as they did, the Lion stepped out of the mirror. The kitten found themselves in a Savannah. The kitten walked down to a small lake in the Savannah. The lake was still and calm. The kitten look at themselves in the still water before resting with the rest of its pride and drifting asleep. In a dream the kitten found itself walking through snow, noticing how cold the snow is. The kitten met an Elf who guided them to a small shack. The kitten discovered that the small shack was hiding a vast warehouse. The kitten met Santa Claus. After the kitten meets Santa, they drift out of the dream and the next day the humans are more interested in spending time with the kitten than they were on Christmas day. The kitten has its back rubbed bringing happiness to the humans while enjoying having their back stroked. That night, the kitten drifted and relaxed asleep, all night long.

(Premium) This is a deep sleep hypnosis, guided sleep meditation designed, like all my deep relaxation stories, to calm an overactive mind. This guided sleep meditation is to help you let go of thoughts and worries while helping you to fall asleep quickly, tackling insomnia. This sleep story for grownups is different to my usual stories, not only was it created with ideas given by viewers during my new years eve livestream, but it is also about a cat, Jazz, who went missing a couple of years ago, ended up near my flat but avoided people, eventually made friends with an elderly man who lived alone, but then that man died and Jazz ended up sitting outside the flats, looking sad and lonely, not eating and keeping away from people. Myself, my wife and a few other residents supported him and after over 2 years, just after Christmas he ended up back home with the person he was missing from and now seems to be doing well. Myself, my wife and a couple of the residents will miss seeing his cute face every day. Once he was gone I wanted to remember him in a story, so I made the story loosely based on his journey & having him the main character. I'm sure this story won't be to everyone's liking, but it was more important to me to make it about Jazz. This sleep story for grownups is about Jazz the cat who got scared by fireworks, he ran away from home to escape the sound of the fireworks. He found himself in a strange area, he made this area his home, until he could find his way back to his real home. Every night Jazz would fall asleep under a bush or tuck himself away under a tree. One day Jazz saw somebody walking along. He was nervous and timid, he watched as they came closer and saw them pull a white teddybear out from under their coat. They left the teddybear near the space Jazz was resting in. Jazz got the teddybear and snuggled up with that teddybear, feeling it comforting him as he comfortably drifted asleep. He started dreaming about being in a meadow, watching birds and insects, feeling the grass tickling his belly. In the meadow, he noticed a white rabbit. He went over to the white rabbit. He noticed the rabbit had a pocket watch. The rabbit was worrying about being late and worrying about not being able to find their way to a party. Jazz offered to help them find their way to the party. They had to find their way to an old oak tree. They found the oak tree, the rabbit opened his pocket watch in front of the tree and pressed a button on the side of the watch which opened a portal. They walked through the portal and found themselves in a meadow over rolling hills. They headed down to a river and followed that river towards a party. At the party, many animals were chatting and engaging with each other, all getting on. Jazz found the party too overwhelming, with too much going on and so decided that he wanted to leave the party early and head back to his familiar and quiet meadow. He relaxed in the meadow for a while before finding himself waking up, holding the white teddybear. He notices that it had started snowing while he was asleep. Jazz wondered whether teddy could be alive, rather than just being a teddybear. As he closed his eyes and wished, teddy came to life. Teddy and Jazz went and explored this snowy landscape. Jazz noticed that someone had put some food down in a bowl near his den. As time went on, winter progressed through to spring and then into summer. Food often appeared near Jazz's den, almost like a guardian angel was watching over him and looking out for him. As summer moved into autumn Jazz noticed the way leaves changed colour and fell to the ground. He spent time playing in the autumn leaves. As the weather got darker and colder he spent more time with teddy tucked up warm in his den. As autumn moved to winter he noticed fireworks in the distance, he enjoyed these fireworks from this distance where the sounds were faint. The fireworks reminded him of home. One day, he found his way home, his owner had discovered where he was and helped him to come home. He woke up one morning at home, in front of a warm fire. Teddy was all cleaned up and smelling fresh. Teddy and Jazz were both so happy, playing in a warm home, by a warm fire, in a soft and comfortable environment. Jazz could tell the owner was happy to see him and he was happy to see them. That night and every night from then, Jazz settled down with teddy under his front leg and drifted and floated comfortably asleep.
