(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about an old lady sitting in a rocking chair in a farm house. The lady has her grandchildren sat with her as she tells them what she says is a true story from many years ago. She starts telling a story about travelling around the world on a ship following a book about someone who had travelled this journey before and the mythical things they claimed to have seen. She planned on explaining what was written in the book. She visits the first location, travels on a Shetland pony through a valley and woodland to a river. She headed into a cave, descended into a hole in the ground to a deeper chamber. She followed the sound of running water to an underground river. She boarded a raft and followed the river, over rapids and down into a lake. Near the lake was a door. She headed through the door and found herself in a valley and a land of giants. The woman interacted with the giant people before finding her way back to the door, back to the cave, out of the cave and back to her boat. They continue the journey on to the most incredible looking lighthouse. Once on shore near the lighthouse, the woman went exploring. She hacked her way through woodland, before coming out in a clearing at a stream looking over a meadow. The woman drank some of the water from the stream, which seemed to calm her aches and pains and promote healing within her. She then followed the stream to a small pool of water. She saw that many animals on this island were very small. The woman noticed a giant ladybird and other giant insects. The woman found her way to a circular stone building. She entered the building to see that the room was a room full of doors. The woman discovers that all of the doors lead to different locations. The first door she walked through led to somewhere cold and snow-covered. Through the next door it was night-time, she noticed here that there were fireflies in the sky and a shadowy figure near the water. She approached the figure and realised that it had the head and boy of a person on the body and legs of a horse. The woman interacted with them before seeing a sparkling descending from the sky which turned out to be a fairy. The fairy guided the woman to a spring. The fairy told the woman to drink some of the water from this spring and it will enable her to understand and communicate with all the living beings. The fairy explains this place that the woman had discovered, explaining it is like a hub connecting all the realms. This hub was created by a wizard thousands of years ago and was discovered centuries ago by another explorer. She then went back through the door and explored through other doors. After spending time in this building the woman went back to the boat and continued her journey. As she completed telling her grandchildren her tale, she could see how captivated they were. She gives both her grandchildren copies of her book. The children went to bed dreaming about the stories they had been told. The grandmother heads to bed, pleased to have shared her tale. As she drifted asleep, she looked over at a crystal bracelet next to her bed which she can use to connect her with one of the realms where she met her soulmate.

This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a young girl walking through a pine forest. She walks to her home in the forest. Once home, she goes to her bedroom. She drifts asleep and begins to hear circus music and discovers that she is on a bench at a fairground. She finds a hut on a jetty. She enters the hut. Outside the side of the hut, the girl notices a dragon of light flying near the hut. The girl climbs onto the dragon. The dragon flies high above the clouds to a castle in the clouds. Inside the castle is the tree of life. A woman in the castle walks the girl to a library and tells her, she needs to pass on a message. The woman explains that she needs to create the connection between the air, water and earth and writes something in a book. The girl leaves the castle, gets back on the dragon and they fly down into the sea to a palace under the sea. The girl enters the palace and sees a woman inside the palace stood near a column of water through the centre of the palace containing colourful coral. The girl shows the woman the book, the woman writes something in the book. The girl gets back on the dragon, which leaves the sea and launches up into the sky. The dragon heads high into mountains, landing on a peak. The girl enters a cave in the mountain, descends in the cave and finds a palace deep underground. Inside the palace, she notices a giant mushroom. Underneath the mushroom is a woman. The girl shows the woman the book, the woman writes something in the book and then she asks the girl to help her bury the book. They dig and bury that book. The woman tells the girl they have all contributed, now the book needs to grow. The girl notices precious stones growing in the mushroom and light emanating from the stones. The woman told her the same thing will be happening from the tree and coral as the dimensions connect. The girl gets told she can choose something for herself from the library. The girl chooses a cherry blossom which turns into a crystal. This crystal gets turned into a brooch. The dragon then returns the girl to the fairground. Back at the fairground a man walks over to the girl and gives her a clockwork mouse. The man tells the girl to close her eyes and pet the mouse while drifting and floating asleep. The girl awakens to find that she is at home in bed. She is surprised to see the clockwork mouse and the brooch and an old book and a handwritten letter. She sees her mum painting an abstract painting which resembles the experience that the girl has just had. The girl told her mum about her experiences.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about finding yourself at a friends house, playing with their children. You help them build forts out of pillows and blankets and have a playful fort battle. After finishing the game, you rest back in your fort, close your eyes and relax. As you drift asleep, you have a sense of being in a caravan being pulled along by horses. You look out of the window of the caravan and notice grass higher than the caravan, skyscraper sized trees and bees a third of your size. You head into woodland. The horse and cart travel into what looks like a rabbit hole. Deep in the tunnel, you notice that it opens up into a vast cavern. You walk deeper into the cavern and notice that you are in the base of a tree. You meet a fairy who explains that it is the summer solstice and you are here for a reason. You walk through a door, descend on a slide deeper under the tree. You can hear dripping and flowing water and notice that there are crystals illuminated throughout the cavern. You discover a river, you climb onto a leaf-boat on the river. The fairy guides that leaf along the river to a lake which is illuminated by a circle of glowing green mushrooms. You see a large mushroom. You notice the mushroom has a door. You walk into the mushroom. Inside the mushroom, you notice that the mushroom is full of books. The fairy makes you a drink with a piece of mushroom to help you access the knowledge contained here. You drink the drink, sit in a comfortable chair and the fairy guides you into the experience of connecting to the knowledge contained here. After being given access to the knowledge and seeing how far the knowledge spreads, the effects of the drink fade. The fairy gives you a jar of the mushroom mix and tells you to take that when you are back to your normal size to keep a deep connection with nature. After your experience, you awaken in the fort. You think about the dream you just had and then notice in your hand, is a tiny capsule. You head out into the garden and discover the route your took to that tree. That night, you settle down to sleep and dream. Just before you go to sleep, you take the pill. As you fall asleep, you feel that connection forming with the world around you. The next day, you go for a walk, you encounter a cat, you head into a park and encounter a dog. You rest against a tree in the park and wonder about how you can put this new knowledge and connection to use. While considering this, you hear a Tibetan bowl being struck. You have a sense of being in a temple high up in a mountain. Someone in the temple walks over to you, sits with you and tells you they can help you learn to use this knowledge. The person moves their hands around you. You feel a sense of static electricity and energy. They teach you how to channel healing energy. You drift out of the experience, leave the park, stop off at your friends house on your way home, tell them about your experiences, have afternoon tea in a treehouse with your friends children, before heading home. That night, you drift peacefully and comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about arriving at a spa. You work your way around the rooms in the spa, you check out the first room, a dark, lavender smelling, warm, relaxing room with a projection of stars and nebula on the walls and ceiling. You find your mind wandering to imagining walking through a field of lavender. In the second room, you notice how light and cool it is, with tubes of bubbling water in the middle of the room. In this room, you drift into a reverie of playing with a dog to the smell of freshly cut grass. The next room contains artificially made snow and is cold. You feel a child-like playfulness and make a small snowman in the room. You notice that the cold seems to soften and numb any discomfort in your body. Your mind wanders to imagining walking through a snowy pine forest. You discover and enter an edible gingerbread house. You drift back from this experience into that room and then leave this room and head to the next room which is a Zen Garden. You rake the sand in the Zen Garden, before sitting down and meditating. You have a sense of being in a rocking chair on a porch looking out over fields of cows and sheep. You then get on a horse and follow a river up towards the hills. You camp by the river before heading back to the porch and finding your way back out of the meditation to the Zen Garden. You head to the next room, you relax down into the Jacuzzi. As you relax in the Jacuzzi you have a sense of resting on your back in the sea, gazing up at the sky bobbing up and down in the water. You imagine snorkeling. After leaving the Jacuzzi, you head to the next room. You notice this is a hot steam room. You imagine that this is like being in a rainforest. The next room is a hot dry room. You imagine that this room without humidity is how a desert would be. You have a sense of peace and wonder. You then head to the final part of this spa, to a warm pool of water, half indoors and half outdoors. You swim in the water and outside. Outside, it is snowing. You let snow land on your arms out of the water, then lower your arms back under the water, and repeating this. Then you rest back in a corner of the pool gazing at your surroundings and drifting into a reverie about what it would be like in a hot air balloon rising up into the sky, drifting and floating. You have a sense of turning into an owl and flying to a cave. You walk into the cave and notice it is a crystal cave. In the cave, you find a pool of water containing gold coins and a spinning crystal. After your experience, you find yourself back in the pool, head back into the spa, you get changed to end your spa day experience. You grab some food from the cafe, leave the spa and head home. That night, you feel so relaxed, you drift asleep effortlessly.

Walk into the centre of the standing stones circle. You sit in the centre of the stone circle and begin to meditate. You have a sense of the colour purple forming around you, then a sense of energy coming from the stones passing into you. You start to hear sounds of people around you and discover yourself in the past. You meet the gatekeeper to this shrine or portal. You get shown to a small cabin and welcomed in. The person in the cabin talks with you about this experience, about how there are many visitors who come here from different times in the future. You get shown through to a library in the cabin and shown a book. You look through the book, then the person reads extracts from the book to you and seems to be carrying out a ritual. You rub the drawing with a stick from the fire and Pegasus then becomes real. You ride Pegasus high in the sky as Pegasus flies faster and faster into the northern lights, before, in a flash, you discover stillness, silence and darkness. From this, light appears. The fairy says you have entered the land of the Gods. You head to a lake, you see different animals and notice how everything here seems to be in harmony. You find a chest containing a crystal. You hold the crystal up to the light. You notice is seems to reflect many version of reality. The fairy shows you to a hatch and asks you to descend 10 steps with your eyes closed. You find yourself in a light room with a sunflower. The fairy gives you a bracelet. You leave this place and head back on Pegasus and find your way back to the stone circle and back to your time. You head back to the barge and continue your journey. After your holiday, you head home.

(Premium) This is a long sleep story for grownups created during a livestream with ideas from viewers. This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about a man who wakes one day to the sound of the grandfather clock downstairs. He has breakfast, spends some time in his garden, pets his dog and then goes on a walk with his dog. Heads through a park, through some woodland and down to a beach. The dog plays on the beach, jumping and splashing in the water, chasing a ball and accidentally jumps through a well built sandcastle that a father and son have built. The man and his dog continued their journey, from the beach, through some woodland, to a meadow. The man rested on his coat while his dog ran around. He took time to pay attention to nature around him. He then settled down to reading a novel on his phone and becoming absorbed in the story about an astronaut passing through an anomaly which transported them through time, initially into the past, then they found a solution to get themselves back to the present. Once in the present they wondered whether they could head to the future, so they continued on to the future, met with future humans. After reading for a while, the man drifts out of the story and back to the meadow. He continues to walk with his dog to a nearby village. They walk through the village and into woodland. The man rides on a zipwire in the woodland before continuing his journey along the edge of the river, over bridge and up the other side of the river, through countryside and into woodland again. The man finds that making this walk every day with his dog helps him in many ways, including helping his mental health. As he walks through the woodland his mind starts to wander to thoughts of walking through a zen garden and then meditating in that zen garden. While meditating, they have a sense of rising out of their body and up to a cave in the side of a mountain, sat beside a campfire looking down on himself in that zen garden. They drift deeply into meditation here in this cave. After their meditative experience, they drift out of the cave to the zen garden, out of the zen garden and back to themselves walking through the woodland. They continue their journey through the woodland, across a park and back home. The dog settles down, they make a drink and sit in the back garden for a while before carrying on with the day. Later in the day while in their garden, they see a crystal hanging in a tree, they spin the crystal in their hand and notice the rainbow light dancing in the sun. As they do this, so the tree moves and a portal seems to open up. They walk through the portal and descend some steps and discovers a secret base. The man is told that his mind will be wiped unless he can open a box. They hand him the box, he opens it without thought, to reveal a golden key. They then take him to a building and tell him that if he can get around the maze blind-folded and use the key to open a door at the other side, then he won't have his mind wiped. He puts his left hand on the wall and walks until he is out of the maze. He opens the door and discovers what looks like a UFO. They decide he may be able to help them, he explains he had lost his purpose and been searching. They hire him. As the sun sets, he settles down for the night, falling asleep.

You wander down to the river and climb into a kayak and paddle down the river. You set up a tent and camp for the night. While relaxing by the campfire gazing up at the sky, having a sense of drifting and floating up into space and travelling among the stars and into an alternative universe. In that alternative universe, you find your way to a planet. On the planet you find an underground civilisation. You communicate with the civilisation by drinking electric blue coloured water which allows you to understand each other. The alien's give you a gift and you reciprocate. You then head back to your own universe, back to your own galaxy, all the way back to Earth where you find that you have the gift and don't have the gift you gave to the alien's and that the experience must have been more real than just your consciousness travelling through space and time to another universe. While wondering about the experience you had, you can hear the distant sound of a dragon, the distant rumble of thunder of an approaching storm. You drift asleep into a dream in the tent as the storm passes overhead. You dream about being at home with your dog. You dream that a golden Phoenix is born from the ashes of a tree in your back garden. As the dream comes to an end, you awaken in the morning in the tent to the sound of songbirds. You head home, greet your dog and notice that the tree at the end of the garden is missing, that it appears to have burned down and you notice that the golden phoenix was real, that there must have been a phoenix egg in the tree that has now hatched. You discover that you have a connection with the phoenix. That night, you relax in your garden thinking about your experiences, before heading to bed and drifting comfortably asleep.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about finding yourself on holiday in a house on a deserted island. One day during your holiday while resting on the beach, you hear footsteps, you look behind you and see what you would describe as a wizard in a long flowing purple cloak walking towards you with a kitten at their feet. The wizard tells you that your help is needed. You go with the wizard, stepping into the wizards hat finding yourself in a field near a tree. The wizard guides you to a cobbled street, you climb into a horse and cart, the wizard drives the cart, stopping somewhere to buy some clothes. You realise that you are in Victorian England. You continue your journey to a cottage. In the cottage, the wizard explains that there is a multi-dimensional being like them that needs to be stopped from changing history and you are the person to do that. After the wizard and kitten leave the cottage, you head out and enjoy the back garden before settling down asleep in bed. While you sleep, you have a feeling that the bed is upside-down, that your world has flipped upside-down. You go to walk into the back garden and notice that the backdoor doesn't open into the back garden, but instead, it opens into what seems like space. You push off into this space, as you turn around, you can see the cottage floating upside-down, there is nothing else around you other than what looks like an asteroid in the distance. You head to the asteroid and into a cave. In the cave, you discover the most beautiful moving patterns on the back wall. You touch the wall and notice patterns changing, replicating the pattern of your hand. A yellow bird lands on your shoulder and starts tweeting into your ear. You move your hand until the movement stops, then the wall seems to vanish and you discover a large open space. In the middle of this space is a well, you lower a bucket down into the well. You raise the bucket up and see glowing electric blue water. As you touch the water, your surroundings transform into a vast meadow. You see someone sat on the ground by a tree. You head to them and see that they are lost in thought. They notice you, you notice sadness in their eyes. You ask them if you can help. They explain they lost control of their powers and isolated themselves here to protect everyone. You hypnotically help this multi-dimensional being heal themselves. You then head back to the cottage, find yourself lying in bed. You re-enter your body lying there, wake up, grab something to eat, before the wizard and kitten arrive at the cottage. You climb into the cart and as you do, you find yourself back on the beach. The wizard tells you that no time here on your holiday has passed while you have been on your adventure. You continue to enjoy your holiday, you dive with a manta ray. At the end of the holiday, you head home, thinking about the experience, you settle down at home, that night finding yourself drifting so comfortably and deeply asleep.

(Premium) This healing sleep story for grownups is a bedtime story for grownups about being in a tent while a snow storm is happening outside the tent. Your mind drifts and dreams to thoughts of walking along a sandy beach. You meet a mermaid, enter the ocean with the mermaid, diving down underwater. They take you to a palace under the ocean. You look at a painting that looks like you, on the wall in the palace. The painting is of you in the tent. While looking at the fire in the picture, you find yourself thinking of a giraffe and discover yourself in a zoo, you bump into a girl at the zoo, then head to a watchmaker's shop. You find some shoes, which you get told you can have for a donation. As you tap your shoes together an electric blue light forms around your body. You find yourself back in the palace. The mermaid takes you back to the beach. You find yourself drifting back to the tent. You head out of the tent into the snowy weather. You make breakfast and then set off through the snow towards a specific town. You find a pillar of ice crystals pointing in a specific direction, you discover a wooden door, you open the door and enter a cave where you find a chest. You open the chest, in the chest, you find a magic carpet. You climb on to the rug, take the other items from the chest. The carpet flies you up high in the mountains and teaches you that everything is connected. You find a cave in the mountains, in the cave, you find a chest, in the chest is a teddy bear that you used to have when you were younger that went missing. You take teddy out of the cave with you. As you rub teddy, sparkles come out of its nose followed by a green fairy. The green fairy thanks you for freeing them and explains how they became trapped. You set off back on your journey, taking the magic carpet with you. You camp another night in your tent. You notice inside teddy is a music box. You listen to the music box tune, before putting it into your pocket. The next day, you continue your journey, you cross an area of water and head to the destination town where you arrive at a hotel, relax in a comfortable bed and drift asleep.
